What We Collect
We collect only what we need to do our job. There are three kinds of information:
What you send us
When you fill out the form on our Contact page, we receive the information you type in: your name, phone number, email address, what kind of service you need, your neighborhood (if you choose to tell us), and your message.
Technical details, scrambled
To stop spam and form abuse, we keep a scrambled (hashed) copy of the internet address your request came from. It can't be turned back into your address or used to identify you personally.
Service records
When we do work in your home, we keep basic records — what we repaired, when, and under what warranty — so we can stand behind that work years later.
How We Use It
Your information is used for one thing: taking care of you as a customer.
- To contact you about the appointment or estimate you asked for.
- To schedule, reschedule, and confirm service visits.
- To answer your questions and follow up on your request.
- To keep records of the work we've done in your home, including warranties.
What We Don't Do
We never sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone. Not for discounts, not for leads, not ever.
We don't share your information with advertisers or data brokers.
We don't add you to marketing lists unless you ask us to.
We don't bury your choices in fine print — if you want your information deleted, we delete it.
Cookies and Tracking
We keep it simple. This website uses only the basic, necessary pieces that make the site work — nothing that follows you around the internet or builds a profile of you. We don't run advertising trackers, and we don't share browsing data with third parties.
Your Choices
Your information is yours. At any time, you can:
Ask what we have
Send us a message and we'll tell you what information we have on file for you, in plain language.
Ask us to delete it
You can ask us to remove your contact information at any time. We'll take care of it promptly, keeping only the records we're legally required to keep.
Change or fix it
Wrong phone number? Moved? Email us the update and we'll correct our records.
How We Protect Your Information
The information you send us is stored securely and access is limited to the people on our team who need it to serve you — the folks who answer the phone and run the schedule. We don't keep payment card numbers from the website, and we never ask you to send sensitive details like card numbers through the contact form.
We keep contact messages only as long as they're useful for serving you, then delete them. Service records are kept longer so we can honor warranties, but we're happy to talk through what's on file whenever you ask.
